Wanderung zum Bärenschlösse

Das Schloss wurde von 1763 bis 1769 unter Herzog Carl Eugen von Württemberg im Rokoko-Stil erbaut und diente als Jagd- und Repräsentationsschloss. Wir marschieren weiter auf dem Glemsweiherweg in Richtung Bärenschlössle und entdecken dabei einen Baum mit Schnitzereien – den Baum zieren viele Gesichter. Nun erreichen wir das bewirtschaftete Bärenschlössle, das zu einer kleinen Pause bei Speis und Trank einlädt. Hier kann man innen wie außen wunderbar Verweilen und Genießen.
Das Bärenschlössle war ursprünglich ein Lustschloss. Es wurde nach dem Bärenbach, heute Bernhardsbach, benannt. Erbaut wurde es im Jahr 1768 im altrömischen Stil. Vom ovalen Pavillon blickte man damals auf die Gondeln, die auf dem Bärensee schwammen. Im Inneren gab es einen imposanten Saal mit Wandmalereien und Deckengemälden. Nach Carl Eugens Tod verfall das Bärenschlössle jedoch und wurde abgerissen. Mittlerweile betrachten wir den vierten Wiederaufbau – die beiden anderen Bauten fielen Krieg und Brand zum Opfer.
Unsere Tour führt uns nun unterhalb des Bärenschlössles am Bärensee entlang. Der Bärensee ist neben dem Pfaffensee und dem Neuer See einer der drei sogenannten Parkseen.
